A simple idea a 2nd grade teacher used this year is to take pictures of her students with her ipad, print them in b/w and hang them on her door underneath a letter set that says "Blessed."  Printed on small signs interspersed with the pictures were words like:  unique, unrepeatable, irreplaceable, child of God, special, loved, chosen, etc.
